Yeah, can't say "Came Back Haunted" is doing much for me. It reminds me of Year Zero's stuff.
Hire me. I'm talentless but malleable.

Love it. Already feels like a classic NIN cover.

I forgot to say that I do too.  Wey said it kind of reminded him of stuff from The Fragile, but it reminds me of stuff from With Teeth.

The Came Back Haunted-single cover art is made by Russell Mills, who made covers for The Downward Spiral, Further Down the Spiral, Closer to God and March of the Pigs-single. I guess the album cover is made by him too. I like it.

Well, it looks like Adrian belew has dropped out of the band.

That sucks, I was really looking forward to his involvement.

Snagged a ticket to see them in November. Surprised to get a decent location in the venue too.

I know right. Interesting collaboration for a NIN project, but I'm still curious to hear his contribution.

But at the end of the day, If your gonna get someone from Fleetwood Mac, the choice is obvious. Stevie Nicks and NIN are like peanut butter and jelly, they are meant to be together...

OK, I watched the video for Came Back Haunted and I'm very disappointed. The song is good, but the video is just horrible. But then again, NIN has some rather bad videos (yes, The Perfect Drug, I'm looking at you!).

TPD is the bad video par excellance for you? i gather you've not had the pleasure of meeting the video for "Deep," then :rollin

i like that they got David Lynch for the "Came Back Haunted" video, but yeah, i dislike it about as much as the song itself. kinda wish they'd gone full-tilt and done a mini-movie with him.

A new song Find My Way was debuted when they played the Fuji Rock festival

As with Came Back Haunted, sadly, I wasn't very impressed by it.

A new song Find My Way was debuted when they played the Fuji Rock festival

As with Came Back Haunted, sadly, I wasn't very impressed by it.

And Copy of A.

SETLIST! SPOILER ALERT!

1. Copy of A
2. Sanctified (first time since 1996!)
3. Came Back Haunted
4. 1,000,000
5. March of the Pigs
6. Piggy
7. Reptile
8. Terrible Lie
9. Closer
10. Gave Up
11. Help Me I Am in Hell
12. Me, I'm Not
13. Find My Way
14. The Way Out Is Through
15. Wish
16. Survivalism
17. The Good Soldier
18. Only
19. The Hand That Feeds
20. Head Like a Hole
21. Hurt

Pretty much of a greatest hits-set, but nothing wrong with it. I wished they would wipe the dust off Sanctified, so the wish came true. And The Way Out Is Through is definately a surprise, it has been played on Fragility v1.0 and a few times on Wave Goodbye. I would've liked to have more songs from The Fragile though. But Trent have had a tendency of rotating setlists, so no need to worry.

Disappointed from Hesitation Marks premiered at Ansan Valley Rock Festival yesterday. And so did What If We Could? from Girl With a Dragon Tattoo-soundtrack.

SETLIST! SPOILER ALERT!

1. Copy of A
2. Disappointed
3. Came Back Haunted
4. 1,000,000
5. March of the Pigs
6. Piggy
7. The Frail
8. The Wretched
9. Terrible Lie
10. Burn
11. Closer
12. Gave Up
13. Help Me I Am in Hell
14. The Warning
15. What If We Could?
16. The Way Out Is Through
17. Wish
18. Survivalism
19. Only
20. The Hand That Feeds
21. Head Like a Hole
22. Hurt

YES! More stuff from The Fragile! Burn and The Warning are cool songs too. And the most important thing: they are rotating setlists!

I really liked Copy of A and Find My Way. I'm starting to get really hyped about Hesitation Marks.

Sorry for triple posting.

But if I'm going to run a NIN survivor, it's going to include Hesitation Marks, so it should begin somewhere in September/October.

This is how I have planned it. The longer the album, the more songs to the finals. The Fragile is separated into two discs and Ghosts I-IV is omitted:

Pretty Hate Machine: 2 to finals, 1 to consolation
Broken: 2 to finals, 1 to consolation
The Downward Spiral: 3 to finals, 2 to consolation
The Fragile (Left): 2 to finals, 2 to consolation
The Fragile (Right): 2 to finals, 1 to consolation
With Teeth: 3 to finals, 2 to consolation
Year Zero: 3 to finals, 1 to consolation
The Slip: 2 to finals, 1 to consolation
Hesitation Marks: 3 to finals, 1 to consolation
Miscellaneous: 3 to consolation
Consolation: 15 songs, 3 to finals
Finals: 25 songs

Songs in miscellaneous round:
Get Down, Make Love (Queen cover, Sin B-side)
(You're So) Physical (Adam and the Ants cover, bonus track on Broken)
Suck (Pigface cover, bonus track on Broken)
Burn (Natural Born Killers soundtrack)
Dead Souls (Joy Division cover, The Crow soundtrack)
The Perfect Drug (Lost Highway soundtrack, Halo 11 (though the Halo consists only of remixes)
10 Miles High (The Fragile vinyl)
The New Flesh (The Fragile vinyl)
The Great Collapse (Things Falling Apart)
Metal (Gary Numan cover, Things Falling Apart)
Deep (Lara Croft: Tomb Raider soundtrack)
Home (Non-US pressings of With Teeth)

I decided to preorder the deluxe edition + LP  .  This is going to be great!  BUt IMO  Copy Of A  needs some distorted guitars.

E: I'm not going to double post, but NIN played the first club show of the tour and the setlist was the best so far.

Just heard the new album. Tentatively, I'd say it's NIN's best since The Fragile though I'll have to listen to it a lot more before I cement that opinion.

Standouts: Copy of A, Came Back Haunted, Find My Way, All Time Low, Everything, Satellite, I Would For You, In Two

Edit: Now streaming in full on Itunes: https://search.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZContentLink.woa/wa/link?path=NineInchNails?iqTagFallback=facebook.com

Finally got to listen Hesitation Marks.  After first listen I would say it's way better than The Slip!
