Oceans is good, though they never solidly clicked with me for some reason. King and Kade's tracks are pleasant enough as well, and of course mine is amazing.

But fucking yikes to a few of those, they'd barely score above a 5,and there's two solid 1's in there for sure.

Jeez mate, I gotta say, is this tactic really in the spirit of the game?  I mean, you gave it to RJ but this seems way more extreme.

Not per se that know of.  It's possible he's done other work I'm not aware of under other names, but as himself, I just know of the hobbyist recordings he was doing back then, and that he does some live stuff on the side more recently with another group, and I can't find much with them either.  I wish I knew of more, he was one of the two most interesting players from there.  At least, of the people who weren't already known quantities (like Frank Lucas, and JR's keyboard tech Bert Baldwin, for example).

I'm not the biggest fan of growls but I definitely like it when it's mixed in with singing. Full on growls throughout the song is not my cup of tea.

I have a pretty high tolerance for terrible music. I've spent time cultivating it.

Chad, I'm not sure you envisioned the way this roulette would play out, and how big a deal the anonymity rule would be. Either way, I think participants have played a blinder in working their way to the top, using whatever means necessary (whilst still following the rules). You gotta respect some of the psychological warfare, especially from Evermind and Lizzo.

Oh it's been fun as fuck...I told him two things that would've made it less....chaotic...would have been to make the song have to be guessed before guessing the sender, and to rank the quality scoring 1-10.

Not exactly.  Hindsight being what it is, a stack-rank scoring method would've been better suited (Ariich proved that with math), and likely prevented people from knowingly sacrificing quality for the intangible scores.  It is what it is though - I made my bed, I'll lie in it.  I am glad to be running this more for fun as opposed to searching for new music/bands.

The chaos has been fun to watch, I just wish more of the music was as fun to listen to
