Good day musicians and lovers of music! I was never a huge Duran Duran fan but did enjoy some of their work and especially this song, 'Ordinary World'. I like the challenge of producing, performing and recording songs I like and are a bit challenging and this song fits that bill overall. Not extremely complex but nice melodic chord progressions and some soaring vocals, synths and guitars. The guitar solo, while not complex does soar with that chorus chord progression, heavy melodic keys. My higher end of my vocal range is right with this lead singers. Oh well, have a listen if you'd like and tell me what you think if you feel up to it.
