Wow, that was really epic.

This song has a cool opening, like I feel like I’m about to get thrown into an epic journey. Really nice. Is it me, or does this dude sound like Bruce Dickinson? The song doesn’t really kick in for good until about 3 and a half minutes in, but I never felt like it was dragging. The vocal in the last verse is phenomenal. My favorite vocal of the round. Sets up an epic ending. This song is EPIC!

Just to circle back on this, I thought this too.  But if you REALLY want some Bruce-sounding vibes, play the Stray Gods album (Olympus) - it's all around Maiden love.  I mean, it's not quite as blatant as Monument, but it's pretty blatant.
