Do you have a Google account? If so, go to your My Drive area (https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive) and you can just drag and drop the Excel file to upload it there.

Then once it's uploaded you can right click on it, select Share and then Copy Link.

I won't lie, I saw the first round was math and wanted to send Milliontown, until I remembered that Hyperventilate is the name of the opening track and that Milliontown was the name of the album. and the title track is over 26 minutes I think, so that was out.
