I never would have got that but I'm happy about it.

And no, you cannot use a band once they've been used.

Figured.  In your next roulette I might have to try a 90s Nevermore song, those don't have the super-low tunings the 00s ones do like rom's.  Though I'm unsure about how you'll react to Warrel's voice.

You'd be better off sending Sanctuary.

I think you said at some point that you saw them live.  His vocals are too screechy in that era for regular listening for me though.

Pretty sure mine is either #4 or #14

Pretty sure it's neither..

I never would have got that but I'm happy about it.

Don't get too excited about it. It's only 5 seconds of the song.

How about 16?

No, but I suppose it fits your song as well.
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related

TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

First Listen Impressions

1. Lethean- Vanden Plas This song would’ve been better if the singer took the clothespin off his nose.

2. Stadler-Our Lady Peace I hate this guy’s voice lol.

3. Faizoff-Volbeat I really like the pounding driving rhythm of this.

4. This song smokes, and the vocals are..acquired.

5. One listen and I have no clue how I feel about it. Reminds me a little of Michael Monroe though.

6. One of the first bands I tried with harsh vocals…always liked their music.

7. This is groovy as shit. I dig it.

8. Litho-Scariot This is riffy…and chunky…and tasty metal.

9. Puppies-Septicflesh Hey this isn’t….er..yeah it is. Great drumming though.

10. Wow, that’s a smoking intro. This whole song hits a sweet spot.

11. Jamesman-Katatonia So, I’ve been sent this band before in roulettes, and yup, this is them.

12. Romdrums-Nevermore A tad low tuned for my liking. This song would be much better if played a step or two higher.

13. This has kind of a haunting vibe. Reminds me in parts of modern era Uriah Heep.

14. Well, this is fucking heavy lol

15. Kingshmegland-Queens Of The Stone Age My guess is that this song would come across much better if played live in a club…what..is that
Michael Shenker cameo?

16. Nick-Klimt 1918-Snow Of '85I thought this was a bit iffy, but even on this first listen, it continued to build.

17. There’s a lot going on here to try and make a first impression with.

18. Glasser-Sacred Oath Old school band I wasn’t familiar with, and the vocals were cleaner than I expected.

19. Reaper-Tool WTF? Dream Theater is banned! This song needs a melody infusion.

Haha, yes, DT totally ripped off that intro on "Home".

Despite being a massive DT and Tool fan I never made that connection until I listened to the commentary on Metropolis 2000

When I was just starting to get into DT it was when SFAM was new, so I heard it pointed out all the time, but I hadn't yet heard Tool, so it was already in my mind to look for when I did get into them a year or two later.

2 has to be Andy Kuntz/Vanden Plas.

And Kade, you remember VP had 2 albums in a row where every song had a number in it?
That's a word salad - and take it from me, I know word salad
I fear for the day when something happens on the right that is SO nuts that even Stadler says "That's crazy".
