Yeah, might be good to know here.  I'll start with stuff I haven't sent, but if I need something safe at some point it'd be useful to have clarification on this.

Yes..any band I've been sent that is not on my Banned List is fair game. Any song I've been sent is not.
I actually just completed a master List of my roulettes, so I can cross reference anything I might question.

In putting that spreadsheet together...I have been sent the same songs. lol
