1. These are some silky vocals, but this music is so grating.

Faizoff 2. This might be the oddest collection of songs in this round.

3. This is a steady eddie EP. Maybe too steady eddie.

Kingshmegland 4. This has excellent flow.

Lonestar 5. Alright alright. Enough already! lol

Ariich 6. There’s some great melodic lead playing on this.

Wolfking 7. Pretty solid blackish metal. Can I live with these vocals?

8. I think you could’ve trimmed a little fat here.

Puppies 9. These songs have nothing in common with each other, and I would’ve reordered them for a better flow.

Tim, I haven't listened to my playlist since I sent it to you but yeah, I really like the flow of my three singa.

As a kid I used to make cassette playlists and my goal was to make it like a concert setlist. I loved doing that.

Uh oh...  Curious to see what you think is the "fat".  It's really only 6 songs since the first is just a cinematic intro, and all the others don't waste time and just get straight to the point.  If anything I was more worried about whether there's quite enough breathing room.

You are not the only one to have an intro/outro, though nobody had a between song interlude.

So... I have scores penciled in for every song, with a comment or two on each. Nothing at this point is set in stone. I have a couple more days of listening.


Basically, for each Final Exam, I score each song using my standard scoring. Then, the Final Exam grade will be the average of however many songs.
Then I will rank them based on raw scores, then transfer them to my Stacker Distribution.
Those scores are counted at 1.5 times.


Unless I get any guesses overnight, I'll solve impressions in the morning. I might be able to get Fave/Least Fave song from each Final in the morning, but more than likely later in the day. I have to run out for a few hours midday tomorrow.

I guess it depends if I feel like it's just a straight simple intro, or enough of its own piece to stand on its own.
