Just posted my old man's obituary on Facebook.   It's been 12 years since mom passed. We as a family thought dad would go 1st. He was a Sherman tank. He kept on going.

We are having a cel5and burial the day before my parents anniversary in August.   Sunday is closed so we had to pick the day before.

Take solace in what a good man he was to you and others, and for how long he was in your life.  That should bring many more smiles beyond the tears.

Some of us had those on the opposite end of the spectrum.
