I'm interested to hear this. Michael is an unbelievable singer. But that said, he is very hit and miss for me. I can say the same about Lynch's guitar playing. It'll be interesting to hear how they pair together outside of that first song. I suspect I'll like some of it, and some of it won't really land with me. Just a question of whether there is enough of the former to hold my interest. I hope so.
Have you heard the previous albums by them? If so, how have they landed on you?
From a musical standpoint, the Sweet & Lynch albums are well-crafted and showcase the impressive musicianship of both artists. The production quality is top-notch on both albums.
Some fans may argue that the Sweet & Lynch albums lack the distinctiveness and originality that are typically associated with the artists' individual works. While the albums are enjoyable and showcase the talents of both musicians, they may not be groundbreaking or particularly memorable in the grand scheme of hard rock and heavy metal music.
Overall, to me, the Sweet & Lynch musical outcome is a solid addition to the hard rock and heavy metal genre, featuring impressive musicianship and well-crafted songs which is ultimately why I listen to music.
