The TAC V.6 Helping Ariich With Diaper Duty Roulette
Thought we'd have a quicky while Ariich Jr. grows out of diapers and Crow gets unturbulenced.
We'll have a mix of themed and open rounds.
Round 1. Opening trackFor this round, come out swinging. I'm expecting the type of track that a band may open an album or a concert with.
Round 2. OpenOpen round. No time limit.
Round 3. InstrumentalSend me some good instrumental music. A few roulettes ago, I did a Guitar Hero Round. Wolfking sent me Marco Sfogli and won the round. I didn't consider him a guitar hero, but it worked. Spare me the Vai or Satriani here. They're not banned, but I want music, not fancy shmanzy guitar noodles.
Round 4. Female vocalsSend me something with Female lead vocals. If there's a a small (extremely small) amount of male vocals mixed, then fine. But I don't want anything remotely sounding like a duet. It needs to be 90-95% Female.
Also...do NOT send me Harsh Female vocals. Hate 'em.
Also, please...no Nightwish either.
Round 5. 2 songs..Open 15 min limitSelf explanatory. One artist. Two songs. 15 minute limit.
Round 6. AcousticJust to give me a chance for an ear cleansing, send me something acoustic. Similar to the Female vocal round, it needs to be an acoustic song. Not half acoustic/half electric.
Round 7. 2023Later in the roulette, I'll provide a copy of the 2023 releases that I have listened to/sampled. That will serve as the Banned List for this round. I'll provide this during Round 5.
Round 8. 3 songs...Open 20 min limitAgain, similar to Round 5, one artist, three songs, 20 minute limit.

The TAC Roulette Wild Card™ is in play, which states that if you are torn between two songs to send, for ONE round, you can send both. I will give one listen to each, and choose the one I like better.
The TAC Roulette Wild Card™ is not available for Rounds 5 and 8 in the usual sense. However, for those rounds, you may use your Wild Card™ to buy ONE extra minute, so you could send 16 (instead of 15) minutes in Round 5 or 21 (instead of 20) minutes in Round 8.
And of course, you can only use your Wild Card™ once. Use it wisely, but by all means...use it.
Scoring will be on a Winger to 10 scale.

PM me a Spotify link. That will help me generate a Spotify playlist and keep this on track. In your PM, please just don't put a link, but please list the band and song title.
Also, feel free to add any comments about the song that I should consider.
If the song that you insist on sending isn't on Spotify, then a youtube link will be fine, but only as a last resort.
Tastes...
I am a Classic Hard Rock guy at heart. I like rhythm, I like melody. I generally don't care for mid tempo unless it has an extremely exceptional groove, but chances are...it doesn't.
Harsh vocals... Ok, I generally can take them, even liking them. I send them a lot in Roulettes, BUT....as with cleans, all harshies are not equal.
I will put the Banned list in the next post. It is what I refer to as my iPod list, and also a bunch of stuff from my Spotify Library. There's a ton more in my Spotify Library that I didn't list. I may reject something if I know it. There's a lot of bands that I only have one album saved, but not their others. If a band isn't listed, but you send me something I have, I'll ask for something by them from a different album.
Feel free to PM me to check on any bands before you marry yourself to a submission.
I don't have a master list of songs I've been sent before, so hopefully nothing slips by. Again, I may reject something not Banned if I recognize it.
My goal is to do a round per week, so please keep up. I like to get submissions in by the weekend, no later than Sunday night so I can launch Hangman on Monday with results hopefully each Friday or Saturday.
