From the same Discogs order as Dali's Dilemma, another album I never tracked down way back when. For some reason I have a negative impression of John Mitchell's music, but I quite like this. Loses a little steam towards the end of the album though.

It's pretty good, actually. Some real nice tunes. Better Off Dead is great! It's the 4th and final album from "that" lineup, and it's a way underlistened part of their discography for me.

abriction - Banshee

This was a surprise drop last Friday. Atmospheric, kinda lo-fi, clean and screamed female vocals. Jumps between blackgaze and moody but melodic electronic songs. Gotta love zoomers and their complete disregard for genre boundaries on albums.

It's pretty damn long but surprisingly consistent for its runtime.

I really dig the album cover. Luke was it you who sent me Eidola when I did my roulette? I checked out the album a little bit ago and enjoyed it but it's grown on me a lot more in the past year.

Yeah nice, I'll finish it off this arvo in the car. Seems like one that is never mentioned from what I do see mentioned of the band.
