I think if Soundscape, Glasser, wolfking and I agree on an album, it's gotta be great.  That's quite a spread of tastes there.

Seems legit.

I've often felt The Tea Party could and should appeal to a wider demographic than they do, even just among people who just listen to Rock music. I think being stuck in Canada often was their biggest obstacle.

How'd that go?  I can't recall whether you've listened to them before.

This album continues to be an absolute favourite of mine. 6 years down and I am yet to tire of it and it easily ranks in the top half of their discography for me.

this isn't bringing the heat their best albums do but it's definitely a step up from the really underwhelming 2019 album. definitely interested to spin this one another dozen times this year

Always enjoyed Slash's solo record. Yes, it's a bit frontloaded and yes, it has a bit of that karaoke feel with songs that tend to be written in the style of the guest vocalists...but it has some of my favorite Slash's playing (and songs) outside of GnR. Favorite tunes, Ghost (with Ian Astbury) and Beautiful Dangerous (with Fergie - wish he had done more with her...this song is really good)

Judging by the album art I feel like this is going to be similar to Kendrick Lamar......to which I say, no thank you...

Have you heard the Slash's Snakepit albums?  I especially love the second one Ain't Life Grand with Rod Jackson, it really doesn't get better in that style for me.

Yep, they are both very good and I, too, prefer Ain't Life Grand. Great vocals on that one. In fact, I might just put it in my list to revisit soon  :)

Love Myles Kennedy, but I'll take the Slash's Snakepit albums over The Conspirators ones, for sure.

Ah, ok.  They've had a decent amount of evolution over the years, but I'd definitely recommend working backwards through their discography if you enjoyed it at all.  Why Should the Fire Die? is one of my all-time favorite albums.

Really like this. Thinking of checking out Maiah Wynne (the singer)’s solo career.

Tortoise - Millions Now Living Will Never Die

This is really cool. Never listened to these guys before but this is an instrumental album that is like post-rock meets jazz meets trip-hop. Definitely going to revisit and also check out some of their other records.

Sacul, this strikes me as something you might like.

It was fine, but I didn't love it.  Clearly a talented group, but not sure I liked it enough to do a deep dive on their catalog or anything.

That's a great album. Too bad they get progressively worse on each album after that.

would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

Nice! Another Perfect Day is a super-cool Motorhead album...I don't see it mentioned often...maybe because it has a pretty different vibe than the rest of their records...

...and Fire Down Under is fantastic!
