I honestly didn’t feel this album needed a remaster or whatever. This was fine but as someone who is definitely no audiophile, I didn’t notice much difference. Still a great album though!

I didn't think it was crap.  But I didn't LOVE it.  It was pretty OK, IMO.

Damn, I normally don't like my black metal to be this aggressive, but there's just so much energy here, the riffs are memorable, and there's enough slower and more melodic bits sprinkled throughout to keep things engaging. And the production doesn't suck!

Luke, if for whatever reason you've ever wanted to hear that style of microtonal guitar King Gizzard employs but over black metal, this is the album for you!

This album keeps getting better the more I listen to it. Pretty much the definition of all killer no filler, not a dull moment for all 38 minutes. The most chaotic tracks make more sense with repeated listens, and the slower, more melodic tracks prevent the whole thing from being a convoluted mess. We'll see how I feel about this at the end of the year but right now it could be my AOTY (yes I know I just said that about sadness // abriction, sometimes it's feast and famine for the AOTY contenders ).
