Haven't watched these videos yet, but wanted to say my 11 year old and I had some board game time today, and I took out Kingdomino, which we haven't played in a long time. I asked her if she remembered how to play, and her reply was "yeah, you got this from your secret santa one year." I knew that, but was so happy she remembered, as it was at least 3-4 years ago. She keeps asking me when we can open this year's gift and make the video. It's become a tradition here she looks forward to.

Jesus H man ... sharpen that blade.  It can't even cut the paper label!?!?!  <edit, I literally typed that just before you said "It might be time to sharpen this knife"!!  lmao>  Also, "Stanley Cup Champion" is not a title like "President"... it doesn't live on in perpetuity.  You don't hear me calling them the "Stanley Cup Champion Toronto Maple Leafs". 

Nice haul though.

Yeah…..it’s an ornamental knife not really meant for anything but sitting on a a shelf but it looks cool…..I always forget it’s dull as shit.

And as long as there are players still alive from the last time a franchise won the cup you can call them Stanley Cup Champs.

I went with my trusty pocket knife this year instead of my ceremonial dagger because I was afraid the bigger knife ran the risk of damaging the contents of the package. This is the first SS gift I didn't open with it. The others have been boxes so I wasn't too concerned; this being an envelope, I erred on the side of caution.
