Oh seneca, how you've warmed my heart this evening.
Mine too; sorry, Joe, Victor. I'm coming in hot.

“Zantera / Sacul music”
I want your D if it's still up for grabs
I outpopped Sacul
I'm 39! I think the three of us are pretty close in age but I just edge the two of you out.

fun fact: i submitted all of the first six rounds already even if i get cut after round 3 (likely) 425 still has more (bad) music to listen to
Congrats Lizzo!
Litho ... The North American Evermind!
Litho is like the Stadler on the Music side.
Congratulations to Pool D (King/Stads/Vmadera) on being the first to be all in, followed an hour later by Pool F (Cyril/rom/TAC)!

Sended
Given who’s in my pool, I anticipate we will usually be last to all submit.

I skimmed a bit of a couple other roulettes, but I'm still new at this. Doesn't 425 comment after each round? I have some tentative selections for round 2/3 and beyond, but I think I want to see commentary on round 1 (particular my picks) to see if I need to make some adjustments. It's a fine line between competition and self-indulgence. I imagine part of the fun of this is that it turns into a group listening party, and another part is "forcing" your favorites upon others.
Sent! I'm beginning to feel bad for Lethean and Sacul.
Good idea, send Scream Bloody Gore guys, I heard that he loves growls and horror themes.

would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now?
Petrucci and Rudess might fight about Winger.
but then JR had Kip sing on some of his solo albums, so he must at least be somewhat a fan.
I'm going to repeat this in-thread because a few people apparently missed the memo on this (not necessarily your fault; I know my OP was long):For each round, submit up to 15 minutes of music by a single artist. This can be one song or several. There is no minimum runtime, but I wouldn't recommend sending one short song up against competitors who are sending 13, 14 minutes of music. I'm assuming anyone who sent one song just missed the memo and PMing them to see if they want to add to their submission, but I wanted to make the PSA for the benefit of those who haven't sent yet.

Someone needs to ask the band about this if it hasn't been asked before. I suppose much of anything under a half-hour would be. My current submission and my candidates for rounds 2 and 3 are around 13 minutes. I feel like I'm wasting two minutes, but if I try and max out song lengths I'm not necessarily sending the strongest material. And if there's only 1-3 minutes left, do I send a fun interlude even if it's not as strong as the main songs, worrying that it might dilute the submission, or is more good if not fantastic music always better? And do I go for the absolute best songs even if they're kind of similar, or try for variety? So many tough choices...
Everyone else, except Wolfking is wrong.
