I mean it works for plenty of other bands.  :lol
Hire me. I'm talentless but malleable.

Yeah, no difference to what bands like Guns n Roses and Motley Crue is doing.  SOAD is a "younger" band though.  It's all sad that these people hate other internally that they cannot find the joy of making new music together that's worthwhile.

I suppose yeah. Though it does make me realize that the band's last two albums are going to be 20 in a few years time.  :eek

I enjoyed Mezmerize. Hypnotize less so. The two new songs they recently put out were like their best work again. It's a shame they can't make another album. But also after 15 years - they

still sounded EXACTLY the same on the new songs - as good as they are.

I wanted to post this in the Queen discography thread, but since it's a performance of a song that's not been covered yet in the thread, I thought this was the safer thread to mention it.  Here's a video of Serj Tankian and Jeff Scott Soto singing The Show Must Go On with Brian May at a Science event in Armenia.  Serj sang really well in his parts, I think.

I was playing a Metal music based videogame and it has a climax track in the form of a banger of a metal song with Serj on vocals:
