Unexpected kickoff was unexpected.

This is a mini-epic and I love it!

I can see this being used to great effect in a movie soundtrack.

Upbeat and dramatically sad as well, brilliant!
I'm guessing one of these for my submission.

None of the above, good sir!

Is Anathema upbeat and dramatically sad? :P

Yup.

Unexpected kickoff was unexpected?

Yep again!

That intro riff has me hooked in for whatever’s coming next.

Anamanaguchi - Sunset by Plane: Unexpected kickoff was unexpected.

Absolute beast of a singer

Destrage - Destroy Create Transform Sublimate: This is the sound of chaos incarnate

I feel like I recognise this singer and he’s absolutely slaying it here.

Mystery - Dear Someone: This might be one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard

Alter Bridge - Cry of Achilles: One of my favourite album openers of all time. Maybe I should’ve banned these guys too?

Moon Tooth - Igneous: Now that’s what I call a meaty riff!

This is a mini-epic and I love it!

I can see this being used to great effect in a movie soundtrack.

Tight metal song, very fitting for the singer.

That sad, empty feeling is real.

Tool - Lateralus: I’m familiar with this one. Gotta love that intro buildup!

Ok, this is a damn cool song!

Led Zeppelin - Ten Years Gone: Just when you think you’ve got a band worked out…

Anathema - Untouchable Part One - Upbeat and dramatically sad as well, brilliant!

I do love me a good drum break.

Good song, but better production could’ve made it great.

Pink Floyd is the soundtrack.

It’s not *bad* production, but there were a few spots where the distorted guitars sounded like they were clipping in my ears that didn’t happen in other songs. It took me out of the moment each time. If that wasn’t the case, I think this would be a way better song. It’s like a mild tidbit that got me.

My main question going into next round, is 'Deadeye, do you like punk rock?'

You can still reject individual songs if they're ones you already know.  The banned list need not be followed like it's law.

The point of these roulette is to discover new music.  I'm not going to waste time sending songs you already know, that's just pointless.

As Chad says, reject something you know if it gets sent.

How? You haven’t even gotten to the write ups yet. Join me tonight at 9pm AWST, and I should have these written up.

Btw, anyone know how to change the thread title? I wanna be able to do what Reaper did and actually have each stage in the title.

Btw, anyone know how to change the thread title? I wanna be able to do what Reaper did and actually have each stage in the title.

Next time you post, you should be able to edit the thread title.
This ^

But also edit the OP thread title and it will stick for all posts made after the edit, until you edit it again.
