Just watched this one and it covered a lot more ground than I thought it would! The only albums I didn't hear represented are IAW, Awake, BC&SL and DOT, though I could've missed something. There's even some LTE in there as well

This was at the Triple Door in Seattle.  It's a chair and table experience for everyone and the staff brings you food and drink. Very cool venue where there isn't a bad seat.  The Neal Morse Band was awesome there earlier this year.
I'm bummed I missed the JR solo show..

Yet he included "Ytse Jam" and "Just Let Me Breathe", arguably the least exciting/recognizable songs from those two albums, also albums he didn't play on, so I don't think the "He didn't play on them" rule really applies here. Maybe he just felt like all of the IAW and Awake stuff has been overplayed to death (especially on the band's tours from the last 10 years) and didn't want to include them in his new medley.
