'Reap the Wild Wind' Ultravox (cover)

I seem to be hogging to top post positions here of late as I litter the site with covers of some of my favorite songs from the 70s and 80s. So this one is the ULTRAVOX classic 'Reap The Wild Wind'.   An epic sounding pop-tune that was big in the UK/Europe at the time and some success here in the states reaching the top 100 in 1982. It reached #12 on the UK Charts.  ULTRAVOX had a #1 hit on UK and other European charts with their song 'Vienna'.  They performed at the first 'Live Aid' fundraiser concert and opened with this song 'Reap the Wild Wind'.   I have always loved this symphonic pop tune, the main theme, while rather simple is very effective and has an epic, wash/wide open sound to my ears.

Take a listen if you care.  I just like sharing, listening to others stuff and making music whenever and wherever I can. All instruments and vocals by me recorded in my home studio. I go with my solo projects name, 'TDS and the Cosmic Orchestra'.   :millahhhh
