Personal comments: first heard this around '96 or so. It was fab for me to hear something 'new' of Roger's. That said, rather disappointing songwriting. Half of it is 'meh'. Yet...'Love Lies Bleeding' is fun, rocking, and Brian's guitar just screams!
'Shove It' is semi rap, with a 'Tear It Up' percussion, and some 'Flash' and 'Fat Bottomed Girls' sampling going on throughout. 'Rough Justice' is what my now wife and I dealt out to each other.
'Feel The Force' is an 'almost' best of song.
'Heaven For Everyone' is the shining star. No doubt this was viewed differently by Europeans when they heard the Queen 'Made In Heaven' album version. I heard this afterwards. The Roger album version is truly outstanding
......but then you have Freddie's lead vocals
.
