I mentioned that I'm not doing First Impressions for this round. I've heard most of the songs twice and I have no idea what I want to say. I feel like I could describe most of the songs the same way.

But I will post tidbits.

You should really re-order the playlist to just listen to the full album in the proper order at this point.

I figured Blackwater would be covered which is why I avoided it. I really wanted to send The Moor, but went with Godhead's instead as it has some meaning for me.

All three of those Sorceress songs are good, especially the title track (I'm surprised it only got sent once) and Chrysalis. Will O The Wisp is a little standard for Opeth ballad standards but it's still nice.

Damnation is the only Opeth album I own or care to listen to (I actually think it's pretty good), but it's also super Steven Wilson-ish. I didn't expect anyone else to send anything from it for that reason.

Yeah, I almost sent Windowpane. Then realized Tim may not like it. I also figured the harsh vocals might be too much of a hurdle in anything pre-Blackwater Park, so had to eliminate my 2nd favorite Opeth album (MAYH). Then I realized that all of Mikael Akerfeldt's harsh vocals are going to be a hurdle this round
