AVFTTOTW- Deluxe limited edition box set, CD & Blu Ray disc issue

Hello DT Universe. I just received my Deluxe limited edition box set, but the 2 cd’s & the blu ray disc doesn’t work.
Does anyone has the some problem?
Is any replacement program from the record company or from the band?

 Thats odd, did you try them on different players to make sure your machine isn't crapping out?

yes i did it on my ps4. games, movie blu rays and random cd's works just fine
