In principle, sure thing. Someone else asked a similar question and here's basically what I said:

As for collaborations, in principle those are fine. I mean, if for example you'd sent me a whole submission of one artist that was from a collaboration with another artist, and it scored 8/10 or higher so got banned, and then sent me more of that second artist later on, I might reject that. But the odd guest appearance is fine!

Dagnammit, we're up to 16 out of 18 submissions now and the average length is nearly 2:30 longer than in round 1, even though there was no correlation between submission length and rating (in fact the shorter submissions had a very marginally better average score).

You can always cut it back to 20 minutes or something mate. That's indeed hell of a lot of music with the amount of people participating.

I'll stick with it for now - it's currently working out at roughly the same amount of total music per round as my last roulette (slightly less in round 1) which had a 21 minute limit but more players. So it should be ok, and I prefer not to change the rules once people have started planning their entries unless I really have to.
