jim croce passed away the day before i got a name was released as a single!

that's not a very fun fact actually (but it does give the song more emotional weight imo, for better or worse)

I am not up on my Jim Croce, but Cats In The Cradle is a tremendous song, especially lyrically. I literally tear up thinking of my father every time I hear it.

Oh, and as far as Joan Baez's Diamonds And Rust... Been listening to the Priest version since probably 1981, but up until a few months ago, I had literally never heard the Joan Baez version. I pulled up this video on youtube.
