So having part of the wedding at one of our funeral chapels wasn't out of the question, but not what we ended up going with. We're using the function floors above a brewery we have always enjoyed (for the food, as neither of us drink beer) for everything.

Alright, baring any adjustments in the home stretch our DTF contingent at the wedding will be:

Looking like you'll tentatively be split across two table along with other non-DTF music loving friends, likely at the two tables closest to the band as ya'll are the most likely to enjoy them.

And now I'm giving you out of town travelers the first swing at Sunday festivities.

Sunday, July 30, checkout for those of you who are staying at the suggested hotel is 11am. We are booking an escape room nearby in Bethlehem for 12:30pm, and it can accommodate 10 people. After the room we plan to grab a late lunch/early dinner nearby at a favorite place of ours in Bethlehem. We have bride, groom, and two traveling friends already in, so we have spots for 6 people if they would like to join. Cost is $32 per person. The area around the escape room is in a very walk-friendly part of Bethlehem with nice local shops, so plenty so see and check out in that area prior to our check in for the game if you wish to do this. Let me know if you're interested.

I think we'll be graciously passing on the Sunday stuff as well, though the offer is very much appreciated. It's been quite a while since V and I have been able to take a trip anywhere, so we're going to go out exploring and spend some long, overdo, quality time together.

I don't know if I mentioned this before, but we're intentionally taking photos before the ceremony so we can mingle during the cocktail hour and really maximize our time with everyone.

We had a call with the photographer tonight which is basically the last main coordination call that was needed. At this point I'm ready to fast forward to my vacation from Wednesday night on when we pick up our officiant from the airport. The time between now and then is going to drag.

So, just found out that the keyboardist that was supposed to play with the band hurt his hand and cannot do the gig. Some really bad news there.

But they got someone else instead...
