Their debut My Own Prison was recommended to me by my local brick and mortar guy (you know, back when the retail folks would get to know their customers, he did it with quite a few the old 'Hey have a listen, I think you'll like these guys mate' also most notably for Charon The Dying Daylights)...
Anyway thanks to that was well and truly a fan by the time of Human Clay and being blown away by that sophomore is an understatement.
Back in 01/02 we hit Melbourne and saw Creed live for the Weathered tour and that decision was VERY much inspired by Sevendust being the support. This was their Animosity period and was set to be the show of all shows for me personally, but unfortunately Sevendust cancelled a week out due to the tragic passing of Lajon's brother so wasn't to be... Creed were great though \m/
Anyway, you'll get no argument from me, Creed rocked!
ETA IMO Is This The End and To Whom It May Concern were two of their finest tunes neither of which featured on their albums proper!
