This came out today. Sounds really nice! :D I'm hoping Bilo II gets a similar treatment eventually.

You need to find a copy of Riot's Through The Storm. I think you'd love it. Mike Dimeo has a great Coverdale/Joe Lynn Turner mix, but with way more power than both combined.

No, I do like it.  I'm pretty sure I listened to that when you did your discography.   If not then, then you must've recommended it another time.

What an underrated metal classic.

Speaking of Riot, when I ordered the Ferrymen album and Gus G a couple weeks back, I saw Shine On CD/DVD in stock at the store I buy a lot of stuff from so decided to get it.  Haven't cracked it open but really just wanted it to see Reale in action.  Occupied with Rush now but thought it would be an interesting package.

Well, this was very good. Obviously too early to tell if I'll end up liking it more or less, but really cool album. It seems to me they lost some "bite" and crunch (it was never their main thing anyway), but they gained even more ability to create mood and atmosphere. Chasms is one hell of an opener. Witching Hour is another favorite after a couple of listen (maybe the more "Dredg-y" of the songs here?). Nothing Over Me has an early U2 flavor.
