Love it!

Bought the CD yesterday. Very good show but I think LaBrie’s vocals on the When Dream and Day Unite songs aren’t that great (they’re great on Metropolis though).

No they're not great, but I still love the album. I love the DVD. I bought both as soon as they were released at Ytsejam.
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related

TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

I've had them all for years. I've gotten them through trading, downloading, and other means. I have them all burned to CD and I made generic covers for them.

I haven't listened to most of them in a few years, so I thought I'd theme out some listening like Chad is doing. So I'll spend a week or so going through each album's tour cycle.

Yeah nice.
Everyone else, except Wolfking is wrong.

It’s one of my favourite DT releases and probably the dvd I go to most often. I have a huge soft spot for that album because I got it on import on release and started this journey.

I have no real issues with JLB on it to be honest. No worse than the original vocals.

Some huge early Queensryche influences here, and that vocal tone!

Uncanny.  Check out Mirage :metal

Yeah, this is very good, I enjoyed it too. Mirage is great. I'd definitely add Crimson Glory to the list of influences (the 10-minute Strangers (in My Mind)). There's some bangers (Crimson Messiah, Malleus Maleficarum, Guardians of Steel) and some stuff sounds like it's straight from the 80s (We Rule the Night). Also a nod to Tony Martin-era Black Sabbath in the last track proper (Saviors of the Holy Lie)...plus, well, an actual cover (Lost Forever)  ;D

Good stuff!

Great album, World Foregone kinda reminds me of Masterplan's - Lonely Winds of War.

If I saw this album cover in a record store, I'd keep on browsing. No wonder it's overlooked. :lol

I mean, the only people that have probably ever heard this are Glen's parents....and Glasser!

Believe it or not, I actually remember seeing a very good review of their first album (Materialized) in a magazine back in 1993, when it came out (not that its cover is much better than the other  ;)). I looked for it then, and I was never able to find a copy. Maybe I should start digging again! Glasser: is it worth it? I kind of remember they were some sort of German version of Queensryche?

I can't remember exactly where but Glenmore got a mention in my DTF Top 50 (honourable mention I think)..................good one Glasser  ;D  :metal  Got both of those on CD - they were pretty rare back in the day.

Never know these days .............half of the "collectors items" I had back then were re-issued 20 years later with bonus tracks  :lol  >:(

I think you know what I mean Tim  ;)   Plenty of albums I owned that were released through some tinpot label with maybe 500/1000 copies worldwide (and went for huge $)  later got released with bonus tracks through Frontiers or whoever and ended up for sale on Discogs for $5.   No longer a collectors item in my eyes ,unless you are talking about collectible versions of albums.  I was more referrring to albums that you had to pay big bucks just to hear them , then later became more generally available through re-issues- the bonus tracks were just to piss me off even more. :lol

Should've sold 'em all back then   :\
