Edit: I’ve always loved Kid A but I just now realized it’s a goddamn masterpiece! An absolutely perfect album! Probably even better than OK Computer.

I would have, but I have little experience with Neal Morse's solo career, Coheed and Cambria, and Opeth. In hindsight, I might've been able to come up with something for C&C and Opeth, but I don't think I could've come up with anything for the Neal Morse round.

I heard Spilt Milk a number of years ago and it was alright, but didn't really make an impression on me.  I decide to give their other album a go and this one hit me much quicker.  The second half didn't seem as strong, but I really liked much of the first half.  I guess I'll have to revisit the other one again at some point.  It's always interesting when one album from a band really hits and another doesn't.  It's hard to tell if it's the difference in the albums themselves or just the long, winding journey of everything else I've heard inbetween that set me up to enjoy it more.
