I was sure we had a last.fm thread, but couldn't find it in the search.

Anyway, who uses last.fm and what are your names? I already follow some of you but I'm sure there's others I don't. I'm twosuitsluke83.

I was prompted to start this thread as I've just shared my monthly Last.fm 10x10 collage on the Last.fm reddit.

It was deleted years ago, never asked why. It was a bit spammy though because we were all posting weekly charts every Friday, that might've had something to do with it.

I used to have a Last.Fm scrobbler on my sig.

I still scrobble and keep it on, and have it synced to my Spotify account as well.

I didn't get any notification of new followers, which is strange for any website in these days. Usually when someone follows you the website throws a party and tells you. Anyway...I've never really looked at other profiles before.

I don't have quite as many albums to show on a collage for this month, but here's 16 of them. I'm also only scrobbling from Windows Media Player, which pretty much only has albums that I've bought on CD, but maybe I'll try to see if I can get a scrobbler for YouTube working so I can have a little more variety in the future.

You guys are making me want to reactivate mine. I used it a ton back in the late 00s, but it was a pain in the ass to make sure everything I was listening to was tagged properly, and it continually vexed me that there's no easy way to integrate all the different ways I listen to music (main computer, laptop, tablet, phone, car CD player, portable media players, turntable, tape deck, portable CD player, portable tape player, mini-disc player, etc. Some of those are pretty rare listening situations, but you get the point.)

I used to have that problem, but I eventually just built myself a Plex server, dumped all my music on it in lossless FLAC format and called it a day. Now I can listen to all of my music anywhere I am.

Gosh, the blanks are annoying! They're effectively albums for which last.fm doesn't have the artwork... except they do in every single case for mine! If you right-click the image and open in a new tab or window, it'll take you to a larger version.

Can you tell I've started cramming for the Led Zep top 40?

You can add album art for those albums that don't have it. That's what I do.
