Choose a few of them.

Without a ton of thought or quibbling over the definition of “GREAT”:

Marillion - Afraid of Sunlight
Rush - Power Windows
Transatlantic - Bridge Across Forever
Big Big Train - The Underfall Yard
Talk Talk - The Colour of Spring

Phew. Difficult one. Even my two favourite albums of all time have at least one track not at the level of the others (Under A Glass Moon and Operation Mindcrime‘S title track). I’ll have to think about it.

Top of my head:

Pink Floyd: Wish You Were Here and Animals.
Dire Straits: self-titled debut
Godspeed You Black Emperor: F# A# Infinity and Lift Your Skinny Fists.
Yes: Close to the Edge, Relayer and Going for the One.

Close to the Edge is a good call. The fewer the tracks, the easier it is to have an album with only great songs!

Pink Floyd-The Dark Side of the Moon
Metallica-Master of Puppets
Dream Theater-Images and Words

These are the three standouts to me where there isn’t a single second of wasted music.

Very good call - to these I'd add:

Led Zeppelin - Houses of the Holy
Radiohead - In Rainbows (wincing at the thought of Stadler reading this)

Dream Theater - Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence
Dream Theater - Black Clouds and Silver Linings
Haken - The Mountain
Porcupine Tree - Deadwing
Between the Buried and Me - Automata II
Transatlantic - Bridge Across Forever
Transatlantic - The Whirlwind (while I've still only heard Disc 1 and consider it one whole song, the individual movements are all amazing anyway)

Without thinking too hard on it, the first ones that came to mind were:

Dream Theater - Images and Words
The Who - Who's Next
Led Zep - IV

Here's my list:

Blink 182 - Take Off Your Pants and Jacket
Children of Bodom - Hatebreeder
Children of Bodom - Follow the Reaper
DragonForce - Sonic Firestorm
Dream Theater - Octavarium
The King Blues - Save the World, Get the Girl
Machine Head - The Blackening
Metallica - Ride the Lightning
Metallica - The Black Album
Opeth - Ghost Reveries
Opeth - Watershed
Pantera - Vulgar Display of Power
Slipknot - Vol. 3 (The Subliminal Verses)
System of a Down - Toxicity
The Wildhearts - The Wildhearts Must Be Destroyed
Wolfmother - Wolfmother

It breaks my heart that I can't put a single Coheed and Cambria album on this list. As my favourite band of all time, it's hard to admit they have at least one song on each album that holds it back.
Megadeth - Rust in Peace would've made the cut, if it wasn't for Dawn Patrol!

Octavarium was really close to making my list, and would've made it if I was more familiar with Sacrificed Sons.

Yeah, maybe not. But My Wife was in their setlist frequently, so either their thought highly of it, thought the fans did, or it was a sop to John.

I use my sig to pimp some bands from Italy! Check out Elvenking (Power / Folk metal), Folkstone (Rock / Medieval metal), Arcana Opera (Gothic/Noir/Heavy metal) and the beautiful voice of Elisa!

Riverside - Anno Domini High Definition
As a basic rule, if you hate it, you must solely blame Portnoy. If it's good, then you must downplay MP's contribution to the band as not being important anyway, or claim he's just lying. It's the DTF way.

Rush - Power Windows

 :lol :lol :lol  Calling @TAC

Rush - Hemispheres, Permanent Waves and Moving Pictures (I really wanted to include AFTK, but I just can't call Madrigal "great")
Dream Theater - SFAM (AD and UAGM keep I&W off this list)
Fates Warning - Parallels
Queensryche - Operation: Mindcrime (tracks like Empty Room and Waiting for 22 aren't "great on their own, but they are in the context of the album)
Styx - The Grand Illusion
Triumph - Allied Forces
Yes - Close to the Edge and Tales from Topographic Oceans

Just because they aren’t bolded on RYM doesn’t mean they aren’t great songs.

Thought about it a bit more:

Tori Amos: Little Earthquakes
Peter Gabriel: 4/Security
John Petrucci: Suspended Animation and Terminal Velocity (fight me)
Ozzy: Diary of a Madman
Oasis: Morning Glory
Iron Maiden: Seventh Son of a Seventh Son
Arena: Pepper's Ghost
The Beatles: Rubber Soul
Judas Priest: British Steel
Nightwish: Wishmaster

And to pre-empt the question: yes, I consider such-and-such to be a "great song".

AC/DC - Back in Black

I'm on board with these. I had to think about Destroyer though. I personally cannot stand God Of Thunder, and Great Expectations is iffy. But the rest is pretty great.
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

Dream Theater - Awake
Pain of Salvation - Perfect Element
Pain of Salvation - Remedy Lane
Iced Earth - Burnt Offerings
Metallica - Master of Puppets
Metallica - ...and Justice for All
Metallica - Metallica
Jinjer - Cloud Factory
Jinjer - King of Everything

Probably a good amount more, but that's all I can quickly think of.

Yes.  Yes they are (although I'll concede that Different Strings might be borderline).

Entre Nous and Different Strings are, but Jacob’s Ladder is a little dodgy. ;-)

If, by "dodgy," you mean a top 20 Rush track that is vastly better than every song on Power Windows, then I agree.

Nope, that’s not what I meant at all! ;-)

Jacob’s Ladder is a fine song. It’s just the oddball track on Permanent Waves that doesn’t quite land for me. Every 80s Rush album had one of those until Power Windows. Every second of Power Windows is perfect. It’s an objective fact. ;-) ;-)
