As the title says, have at it.

For consideration, it's only beef at the moment, flavors are all over the place, it's paper thin so it's really crispy instead of chewy. His name is JP if you want to use that.

I love making jerky though. I make it out of Beef, chicken, pork, and ground turkey (not all together). I used to sell it at work on the side. How does he make it? Smoker or dehydrator?

Dehydration, it's really fucking crisp, like a chip, but he does it with brisket so it has these fat ribbons in it that just melt so good.

Nice! I've done dehydrated brisket before in small batches. It doesn't last nearly as long as a jerky made from a round because of the fat, but it's really good. Chicken jerky is outstanding, and I don't feel guilty about eating a dozen strips in a sitting. Not to mention, it's dirt cheap.

I'm curious how crispy it is. I one time left a batch in the dehydrator for about 7 hours too long one time, and I still ate it. It was "crispy" as far as jerky goes, but nowhere near that of a chip. It's probably my thickness.

It seems as if most beef jerky brands have some wild and crazy name. So it goes without saying that some sort of market research shows that the target consumer is somehow driven by this concept when it comes to buying jerky brands.
