Octavarium > Trial of Tears
This one was actually close. TOT is the one song that grew most on me. I pretty much didn't care for it until LaB was released, then something clicked with me and since then I appreciate it just more and more. Too bad I missed that tour*. But Octavarium, well, it's Octavarium!
Blind Faith > Misunderstood was a bit of rolling the dice.

* I just looked it up in the setlist section: I'd probably missed ToT anyway (and got ACOS instead). Man, those were the days of heavy rotation.
