Musicians are finding it impeding to find a reasonable means to tour.

Huh?  Your question was are fans willing to travel a longer distance to see their favourite band?  My question was, what do you class as 'travelling longer?'  How far, an hour?  10 hours?
Everyone else, except Wolfking is wrong.

Yeah, but it's got the Roy Khan vocal doppleganger.  I'll reserve judgment until I can give the whole album a spin.

Vasilis really shines on the last few Black Fate albums.

Since there's no dedicated thread for them, I guess I gotta put it in here. Sunburst is back with a couple of releases in the past month, and a new album coming June 14 - Manifesto

First song was a bit generic, but I did like the second one as there was a little bit more variety.
This first band is Soen very cool swingy jazz fusion kinda stuff.

Anyone like Falling in Reverse? I just found this song and know nothing else about them, and while it's not typical DTF stuff, I liked this one a lot. The mix of genres and the insanely impressive vocals hit me hard.

New song from Black Sites (album coming out in September), "World on Fire":

I know there is, well, maybe one more fan in here?

Very good song. A tad less heavy than the material on Untrue, perhaps, but once again great combo of classic/more modern influences. Looking forward to the new record.

The intro reminded me a bit of Lights Out.

I like this. I'm not familiar with them. The voice has a slight gothy vibe to it.
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

going through 1993 albums for an upcoming YouTube video on AOTY for 1993,

Cry of Love - Brother.

I forgot how big a couple of the songs on that record were. My wife hears 1 and wonders why their singer reminds her of Billy Squier.

Pretty cool song.  Definitely a bit more on the trad side of things than I normally prefer, but it works.  Hopefully it isn't the direction of the whole album though, they were quite unique in their blend, whereas neo-trad bands are much more plentiful.

I can hear Lights Out, yes. It has that slight gallop that reminds me of it.

This is the band with the burning pig on the cover, from a few days ago  They have three albums, and they are all good. Check out their latest, Untrue, if you have time. Not sure it's on streaming services, but it's on their Bandcamp

Agreed. I expect there will be variety on the record, based on their previous ones...

Listening to Untrue now.

Digging the style. Not sure about the vocals. The guy sounds like Joey Belladonna with a real bad cold.
I feel like it's missing a bit of oomph somewhere, perhaps in the vocals, but I'm not sure.
Anyway, enjoying it..
