Yeah Yield was the last Pearl Jam album I fully enjoyed. The self titled was ok but after that I was done with them.

I love No Code and Vitalogy. Never been a fan of VS.

Man, Vs. is by far my favorite Pearl Jam album. The songs and production are a cut above everything else they’ve done (best drummer they’ve had too IMO). I do like everything up through Yield, and then the albums get patchy. Binaural has some moments, but I got nothing out of Riot Act and the self-titled was kind of a mess. Backspacer is pretty fun though.

I have a few where there are two albums that probably 8 or 9 of my top 10 come from:
Journey (Escape, possibly Frontiers)
Ozzy (Bark at the Moon, with Blizzard not far behind)
Van Halen (I, possibly 5150)

Where I can easily do it with one album:
Within Temptation (Heart of Everything)
Nightwish (Once)
And my biggest one:  U2 (Joshua Tree).  I haven't taken the time to do a detailed U2 song ranking, but I am confident with would be 5 or 6 from Joshua Tree, maybe one or two at most from the later albums, and the rest being some of the older classics.

I almost listed U2.  Oddly, I feel that Achtung Baby is their best album, but that would probably have two songs in my U2 top 10 (Until the End of the World and Ultraviolet), while The Joshua Tree would have three, maybe even four.

Anyway, trying to answer the OP - Images and Words and Dreamboat Annie are very close, probably 4/10.

Sepultura - Beneath the Remains
Megadeth - Rust in Peace
Bruce Dickinson - Accident of Birth
Rob Halford - Resurrection
Beatles - Abbey Road (not 100% sure)

Haken and Between the Buried and Me come pretty close, but I can't quite definitively say 5 or more songs from one album.

For Haken, it's The Mountain. (Atlas Stone, Falling Back to Earth, Pareidolia, and Somebody. Cockroach King might make my Top 10 Haken songs as well, but there's a lot of competition.)
For BTBAM, it's The Parallax II: Future Sequence. (Telos, Bloom, Melting City, and Silent Flight Parliament. Lay Your Ghosts to Rest and Extremophile Elite aren't too far from my Top 10 BTBAM songs, either.)

Not that odd.  Even if it doesn't have as many REALLY high peaks that cause a lot of songs to make the top 10, it's perfectly understandable if you just find it consistently enjoyable.  I can think of a number of albums from a lot of bands that are that way for me.

U2 is weird for me. I love The Unforgettable Fire, top to bottom. But it’s just the hits for me outside that album.

I love The Joshua Tree ( not heard much before it honestly )... All That You Can't Leave Behind. Songs Of Innocence / Experience. Achtung Baby.

I've actually never listened to Boy. War or October.

The point is to name ONE album by a band that dominates your top ten songs list by them. But only if there are at least five albums that are great by the band. But you’re suppose to pick ONE album. People are confused because you keep posting about bands and just naming a bunch of great albums.

The post you were replying to was mine. Yes, Dream Theater has a lot of great albums, but for me, my top ten songs would mostly be from Images and Words. I’m not saying Images and Words is their only great album.

Metallica would probably be the closest for me. The first five albums as well as Hardwired…to Self-Destruct are all amazing records, but Master of Puppets definitely dominates my top 10. My top three Metallica songs are the title track, Sanitarium, and Orion, all of which are from MoP, and Battery, Disposable Heroes, and Damage Inc. are top 10 worthy as well. The entire album is in my top 20.

Black Sabbath fits the general concept for me (although not quite the specific numbers mentioned).

Paranoid and Heaven and Hell dominate the the "favorites" list, with most other albums only having a single song.

I think the closest I could come to choosing an album would be Physical Graffiti.
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

Metallica is a pretty good shout and would probably be a contender for me with 5 tracks from MoP being ranked very highly.

I was thinking about Iron Maiden but as much as I love them, I don't know if I'd say even their best albums actually has 5 top-tier Maiden songs. Their consistency is pretty astonishing over a 40 year old career but even my favorite albums like Powerslave or Seventh Son I can definitely acknowledge has some filler.
