The closest for me was AFIL>EM. On another day it could be the other way round, depending on my mood. Also: Afterlife>TLG and OAMOT>IWBY, it seems I regard WDADU much higher than I thought I did. (There's a link to a podcast about WDADU somewhere on this board, presented by DTF members, don't remember who it was, that I highly recommend listening to, if you haven't already.)
Anna Lee>RTK: Anna Lee was a no-brainer-skip-track for me back in the days (as was, like, the half off FII). One time when revisiting it years later, it somehow clicked on me and is now one of the DT ballads I do actually enjoy. I wouldn't mind finding it on a setlist in the near future at all.
Also: Repentance>TLF, MOB>Eve, I never really got into DTs non-album tracks (ACOS aside, of course)

This was close to being all bottom seeds for me. Hollow Years and A Savior in the Square are both amazing, but Hollow Years is just ever so slightly better to me.
