I gave it a 5. It’s one of those kind of transcendent pop songs that everybody seems to know, and I’ve never really gotten tired of it.

We all know that James was at his lowest point here, but I like the loose vibe of it with the various jams, snippets and extended sections.

I'm indifferent; I generally think the Talking Heads are over-rated, and while this is one of their better songs, it's still not one that has played a significant part of my life.  I'd personally give it a three out of five.
