THEO - Figureheads (new album feat. Tom MacLean)

Hi there,

some of you may remember THEO's debut album The Game of Ouroboros from 2015, a prog rock project led by jazz organist Jim Alfredson. Well, Jim has been busy and today he and my little label Generation Prog Records have released the project's 2nd album Figureheads! 



Stylistically it's a direct continuation of the "'70s-influenced prog rock with a modern approach" combo of the debut, retaining that album's core band, with special guest Tom MacLean (ex-Haken, To-Mera, Psion) adding a heavier edge to two of the album's four lengthy songs.  Those interested in more background information will find it here: http://www.generation-prog.com/?p=3045
