It's riffing on people on social media wanting/needing to "do something" about serious social issues, so they change their profile picture to something with a border or watermark to show their support.  And that is the extent of their "doing something about it".  The situation in the Ukraine, for example.  Lots of people change their profile picture (temporarily) to something with the blue and yellow stripes.  Yay.  Meanwhile there are people sending money, food, goods, or even going over there to help.

I'm sure somewhere in that shit-show MS calls a log you can find it, but damned if I know where I'd look (and it'd probably just say 0X565465481756773 disconnect anyway).

You might be able to track it down through Event Viewer, but yeah, shit-show doesn't even begin to describe how difficult it is to track down anything in there......let alone interpret it....

The USB connects to a port. When a USB is disconnected from the port it makes that 'disconnect' sound. Sometimes USBs will disconnect for no reason making that sound leaving you scratching your head where the sound is coming from when you never disconnected the USB from the port in the first place. A Port logger watches all the ports in the system for you to troubleshoot where the source of the sound might be coming from. Either way, I haven't experienced it that much but when it does happen that picture is an apt description of the experience.
