man i still don't understand the bottom-up rule in this case because it's not like people are making new EPs every round

essentially all that says is that the best EP wins!

Basically but also your roulette score matters now so it's more balanced. Yeah people won't be making new EPs every round, I don't want to die from so much music

The bottom-up thing is just a fancy way to post results
