Glad you enjoyed that a little!

I still think it's the best EP I ever made for DTF, so if anyone else wants to have a go, here it is: "The Dearest Things I Know Are What You Are"

And good job on the story interpretation, that's basically it; There's a little caveat with 'End Times', but that one will probably make more sense if/when you've played Outer Wilds, which you should totally play because it's an amazing and outstanding game.

Red Sparowes - Alone and Unaware, the Landscape Was Transformed In Front of Our Eyes
I like the layered guitars at the beginning and how the main motif is slowly built and played around here. There are a couple of buildups and small climaxes which I enjoy, but wished this track did something else to truly stand out from most post-rock for the most part. The ambient section at the end is very interesting tho.

And So I Watch You From Afar - Set Guitars to Kill
From the get-go I feel this has a lot more personality, and it's been growing on me quite a bit. This track is lots of fun, from the riffs to the dirty and loud bass to the clapping. Lots of energy as well, I dig it.

Russian Circles - Harper Lewins
I think this is like the third time I've been sent Russian Circles in my roulettes

. It starts as a pretty typical post-rock affair but then some heavy guitars appear along with some pretty cool drumming for a while. It doesn't really stray from this structure and that's fine, it's a nice song.

Russian Circles - Youngblood
This one slowly builds up the heavy guitars and kinda reaches two small climaxes before finally erupting near the end. It kind of takes too much time to get there tho, and it's not as climatic as I'd have liked.

Russian Circles - Death Rides a Horse
Cool heavy riffs here, almost sort of a jamming feel but with a post-rock sound. The heavy ending tho took me for surprise, pretty good way to close the song.

Flow
Flow is pretty great as all songs belong to the same genre and sound sort of similar, except maybe for the And So I Watch You From Afar, but that shares quite a bit in common with the rest.

Final Thoughts
Well, post-rock is complicated for me as I find most of it pretty dull and same-y, which is a shame since I've explored quite a bit and F# A# Infinity is on my top 3 ever. But you chose some fun tracks here and during the roulette. Thanks for playing!
