How is everyone faring?

I've been without power since around noon est yesterday. Est time of restoration is 11:00 pm tomorrow night. Thankfully I have a generator that I bought after Sandy when I was out for two weeks.

Also I am on call for work and got called out on a major fiber outage yesterday, tree came down on power/cable/phone lines, and I was out from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am. Fun!

LOT of wind damage, lot of clean up.  We had a tornado warning yesterday around 3:15, and while the "cells" moved out of the state (Connecticut) we got a couple three or four hours of sustained winds.   I lost power last night just after dinner, and it came on today about 11:00 or so.  But many in my town - pop. roughly 45,000 - are still out, and I heard from one guy at Dunkin Donuts that his brother was told it could be "a week".
