I voted for Ride and Master.


Also, I'm curious how this poll would turn out if it were conducted at the Metallica equivalent of DTF.  In other words, would Metallica fans in general regard the four-album run from Ride through TBA (a run from 1984-1991) as overwhelmingly the best material in the band's catalog (the combined results of the quarterfinals were 52-8).  And, if they would, I wonder how the band members would feel (if you could get them to be completely honest) about the fact that their fans regard everything they've done in the past three decades to be inferior to what came before.
