Aeolias
prog metal band with 2 monthly listeners on spotify so probably a TAC special?  :lol
Presumably those 2 listeners are him and Shadow. That was the case for one of the bands he sent in my roulette (he and I were the only listeners)

How do you check?
Go to the artist's page and in the top right it tells you the number of monthly listeners. Click that and it tells you where people are listening from.

Oh wow.

I almost sent that to you Rich.

It’s cool and weird. I like that album.
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

Sorry for not including song list but I wanted to send asap and I was working. You can delete "Remaster" from song titles :lol

Also, I probably wouldn't send those Ensiferum songs but it's a good batch
:lol I only just now see the 'Remastered' in two of the submissions

Yeah there are several that are titled with 'Remastered.' I probably didn't need to include it in the title, but I wasn't sure if the remasters differed significantly enough from the originals to change it. Plus it's in there now, and changing it would be a pain.

Also, my internet is finally back. Fingers crossed I can make it through my full listen for today.

Oh yeah whoops, I forgot to update. I gave you guys an M to fill out the 'Remastered's in the spreadsheet without having to do it manually. Once we finish this up we can probably do first impressions later today or tomorrow.

Update on the Spotify monthly listeners conversation from earlier: I checked Aleolias today and now they're up to 5 monthly listeners, and I see my city in there. :lol Guess the "monthly" term is complete bullshit. Kinda depressing actually, as now those numbers are actually higher than I would expect them to be, even for bands with hardly any. :sadpanda:

Well the thread title changed so it's time to do stuff. Get a load of this:

1   I really like the dramatic vocal style (wolfking, The Tea Party)
2   SN roulette first: love the vocals, not sure about some of the music (Cyril, Planetarium)
3   Good but maybe not very memorable (Stadler, Rainbow)
4   Yeah I'm having fun with this (Evermind, Ensiferum)
5   Really beautiful music (Sacul, Sufjan Stevens)
6   Energetic and catchy (Buddyhunter1, Pendulum)
7   Best vocals of the round? (Elite, Agent Fresco)
8   I really don't get what the vocals are doing here at all (TAC, Aeolias)
9   This may be your redemption (Puppies_On_Acid, Darkest Hour)
10   This is a style I don't listen to much but like whenever I hear it (Tomislav95, The Cure)
11   This is giving me flashbacks to the dark times (romdrums, VOLA)
12   Nice of Devy to provide some vocals (ariich, Black Peaks)
13   Nice but I think the vocals should be stronger than they are. (The Walrus, Broken Bells)
14   Well performed but not making much an impression on me (HOF, Steve Hackett)
15   All good but one song really overshadows the rest (Luoto, Maraton)

So, since mine are all instrumentals, we're right down to:

3   Good but maybe not very memorable
4   Yeah I'm having fun with this
5   Really beautiful music
6   Energetic and catchy

9   This may be your redemption
10   This is a style I don't listen to much but like whenever I hear it
11   This is giving me flashbacks to the dark times

14   Well performed but not making much an impression on me
15   All good but one song really overshadows the rest

And... I could be any of those except for no. 6.   I'm really hoping for 5 or 9.

4, 6, 10?

I'll give you a 6.

I’m going to guess 14, Bob!

I'd make a snappy reply if I knew the reference, but yep.

4   Yeah I'm having fun with this
7   Best vocals of the round?
10   This is a style I don't listen to much but like whenever I hear it

None of these borkin balls belong to you.

2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 14, 15

5 especially, but i think that could be the other sufjan submission too  :corn

Yours is among that group, and 5 is indeed the other Sufjan, which makes this:

10

A nope.

I'm not sure but guessing mine would have something to do with the vocals.

You're right, although in fairness that usually describes about half of the first impressions.  :lol  Strangely enough given the kind of music I listen to, I'm very much a vocals first kind of guy.

Hoping this is mine. :lol

9   This may be your redemption

but more likely this..

8   I really don't get what the vocals are doing here at all

I'm the bad news bear today, 8 is indeed yours.

So, since mine are all instrumentals, we're right down to:

3   Good but maybe not very memorable
4   Yeah I'm having fun with this
5   Really beautiful music
6   Energetic and catchy

9   This may be your redemption
10   This is a style I don't listen to much but like whenever I hear it

You're not 6, but also not 5 or 9. Yours is one of the vocal ones to throw you off the trail (not really).

Also, as always gentlemen, remember these are only first impressions and there's plenty of time for songs to grow on me. I had The Dillinger Escape Plan's Miss Machine and Between the Buried and Me's Colors 4 and 5 years respectively before I really loved them. Though I am obligated to point out that your scores will be apportioned earlier than 4 and 5 years.

I’m not sure the origin, but I assumed it comes from The Price is Right (something a contestant would say to Bob Barker).
