So I hadn't realised this had happened to them, but what exactly is the point of this debut Palehorse album? Every single song is a only-very-slightly reworked version of a song from the last Amendfoil album, with slightly thinner production, in a different order.

Also Palehorse is a much more generic name than Amendfoil so now searching for them brings up loads of other stuff, including bands that have had that name a lot longer.

The original Amendfoil album is no longer available legally, and sending files is inconvenient for SN so I just went with these. He's aware of the better original mixes in case he likes the music.

I dunno about "so much" better, the sound here is fine, but yeah I do prefer the deeper, fuller sound of the Amendfoil album, plus it has an extra song at the end that's slower and moodier and gives the album a nice balance. Such a weird decision.

From a record label perspective it makes sense to remove that song, since it's the only one that doesn't sound like the others. Although I agree it's probably the best song on the album.
