Pup did send that Zappa song before. Sacul also sent green grass of tunnels previously. Because I haven't explored those artists whatsoever, and for the purposes of this roulette, I allowed them. Also Podaar and Shadow haven't played in my roulettes before, and I'm a bit lenient this time. There actually isn't technically a banned list other than what's listed in the OP and if you happen to ask about or send something particularly forbidden.

Also as you can see with Kip and Jaar, you can send from across a musician's catalog... if they wrote it, and it qualifies stylistically. Get adventurous!

You don't have to, no. Just gives everybody a fair chance to call out something for later

Tough rule... because if one "reserves" them for later, and it's optional, they can choose whether or not to send them based on how they scored.  I think this rule came into effect for situations when a player had a band in mind for their 'concept album' or thematic EP, and not being able to use them would fuck up their plan.  I think if you're "reserving" a band, you should have to use them - or incur a cancellation fee.
