A Yngwie blues record would be gloriously ludicrous. Basically Zakk Wylde.

It is less Lead than both Eric Johnson and Jeff Beck.

Don’t fight it man. Let it wash over you.

Man... you better send some shockers the next 3 rounds.  :lol

I just realized tomorrow is the 4th of July. Results will probably be posted Sunday because I'm gonna get zooted at a party tomorrow

Even more hilarious would be an Yngwie classical concerto.

Yeah, but it's all non rock music I sent. He's a musician. And a wonderful one at that.

There is some major prejudice going on here.

Great tunes for sure, but not in the spirit of this roulette.  It'd be like me sending Zeppelin - Hot Dog (country ho-down), That's The Way (folk), and Since I've Been Loving You (blues).

C'mon man, you know what you did.  Embrace it.  ;) :D

Man, honestly, I wasn't trying to do anything. I'm good if you guys are joshing me, but I'm surprised it has caused so much commotion.

But in this roulette, we've had:

Jeff Beck
Jimmy Barnes
Eric Johnson
Derek Trucks
Winger
Damian Wilson

I honestly don't see why sending Michael Schenker would be any different. In fact, my submission is less lead than every one of the above submissions.

It'd be like me sending Zeppelin - Hot Dog (country ho-down), That's The Way (folk), and Since I've Been Loving You (blues).

Not really.

Dude, you’ve been railing all 19 of us for 4 rounds. You’ve got a lot to atone for!

Don’t take any of my posts too seriously.  It’s not like you left a cart in this roulette or anything.  :lol

I'm not gonna be too hard on MS this round because, yeah, others like EJ have been sent, but seriously, I expect more in round 6  :lol

I'm working on writeups now but got a lot of household chores to take care of + a holiday party later so results will be tomorrow :)

Yeah, I avoided Jon Lord because of this. His solo works are mostly classical music but he's associated with rock so I didn't send him.

I don't know why you wouldn't send him. I mean half the guys in this roulette don't have video game music or rap to send.  And they've all sent artists from rock backgrounds.
I followed the rules.

I'm not saying you did anything wrong Tim, don't get me wrong :)

For me, this was an opportunity to send some of the bands/artists/projects that I was a fan in my teens but then I discovered rock and metal and stopped following them. A trip down the memory lane if you will. Enigma, Joan Baez, Amethystium, the one I sent for the next round, they all bring me back to when I was like 14 or 15 leading a guild in Ragnarok Online. Honestly I don't even care about the quality of music, I'm mostly just sending the non-rock stuff I grew up on.

I'm 95% just busting your balls, Tim. I also busted king's balls for basically sending light rock/The Beatles one round, and HOF with Crowded House, and Kade with Jimmy Barnes/"Sammy Hagar" haha. But there was good stuff in all of those. And admitted I should've PROBABLY banned Eric Johnson, but I was curious.

Also Jon Lord's classical works would totally be acceptable, I mean, romdrums sent a piano concerto by Keith Emerson.
