Ariich, I don't use Spotify, do I have any other options of sending? I don't use any streaming services I'm sorry.

I don't really have time for a roulette but since we went head to head in Tim's last one, I'm sure I can find some stuff for you.

Shit, I may also not have access to my pc for another 48 hours or so.

Also, I have the same questions as Wolfking - I don't stream either. I can just give you the band and song names and then if it's not on Spotify, send a file?

In terms of format, Spotify is just a preference but I can be flexible, particularly during lockdown as most listening is at my home computer. I've already had a submission by Youtube playlist which is fine, you can tell me the artist and songs and I can see if I can get them on Spotify myself, or you can upload the digital files and send me the link.

And in terms of timing, you've got all week for this first round so take your time if you need to!

Even if I do something extravagant for the end like a royal rumble, that's still too many.

Very interested to see what you narrow it down to though.

The other option I'm considering is having these seven rounds be the league (so whoever ends up ranked top is the league winner) but halfway through or so also introducing a playoff cup, which would involve everyone but be seeded based on rankings after maybe round 4. Haven't got my head round how I'd do it yet but I'd want to make it pretty quickfire, so it'd probably be head-to-head, single song, and maybe with a twist like I'll only listen to it once and pick my favourite based on first impression (that last point I'm not sure about).

Glad that's been cleared up now and that you're still interested!

I've received four submissions so far, so I figure I'll make a start on listening. Again, don't worry about rushing, this first round will be open all week (submissions Friday at the latest and then probably results next weekend) and I'll always be sure to give everything the same number of listens, notwithstanding my right to give up after two listens if I'm really not digging something.

I have 7 bands and already gathered the songs I want to send but I'm going to take this week to do some discog running to see if I would still like to add / remove 1 or 2 songs anywhere. I will just send the whole playlist with the preferred order and will resubmit if something on the list gets sent before it's my turn (though I think only one of these has been sent in a roulette other than me)
