Yet another face-off,

The last two guys I targeted challenged me. I have no doubt this did not change this round. If I get through this round, it'll be a damn miracle.
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related

TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

Starting in 15 minutes, here we go with a low-quality photo of my setup

IKEA doesn't mind you setting up in their store for your video games?

I hope someone targets TAC because he thinks this setup is for a video game!  :lol

Since we're dorking out, I must still have mixtapes I used to make 30 years ago with tunes to play during campaign key moments.

Gotta find one and post the track list

God, that would be great, Al! I'm sure if I looked around enough, I could find the self-authored campaign player's guide I typed up in 1980.

Coming off the D&D topic, whoever wins, I hope it's a result of a final mono-et-mono battle.  I'd hate for the winner to come out of this round because they were not attacked.  I mean, if it were up to me, I'd put an asterisk beside that victory.

That's not mathematically possible. Two people are in a head-to-head. One of them will beat the other. If the untargeted person targeted the loser, then the winner also survives and it goes to a final round. If they targeted the winner, then they have to defeat the winner in order to win the roulette. So whoever wins can only do by defeating someone.

But if the untargeted person targets the winner of the head-to-head matchup ... and wins, then he wins the roulette.  For example.

RJ/Tim head to head.  RJ wins this match; Tim eliminated
Rich targets RJ.  Rich wins this match; RJ eliminated
Rich wins the roulette without being challenged in the final round.

Based on earlier rounds, even if a person WINS against their target, if they were also targeted and lost, they got eliminated.

It is possible.

For example..
Let's say that Lonestar and I target Ariich, and Ariich targets Lonestar.

Let's say the song standings are:
TAC
Ariich
Lonestar

I win!!!

I get that, but in a 3-way match with one person untargeted, the only way that person can win the roulette is by sending the best song of the three. I.e. in your example, I could only win if I sent the best song, because I'd have to beat RJ who'd have beaten Tim. So that seems pretty reasonable to me.

No, I'm not saying that, Mr Belichik  :lol

I'm saying:

A is double-teamed by B and C; either B or C is unchallenged; we have another round because:

A has the worst song, hence B and C survive
A has the best song, hence A and B or C survive
A has the middle song, hence the one who beats A and the one who doesn't but is unchallenged survive
